(i) Participant data concerning our website visitors and/or event participants, attendees, lecturers and speakers (collectively, “Participants”), who register for events, webinars or online courses (collectively “Events”) and who visit or engage with our websites, apps, blogs, chats, or emails (collectively, the “Sites”);
(ii) Partner data concerning our partners, sponsors, exhibitioners, and association societies (collectively “Partners”) who use Organisers’s event management platform and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Organisers process data regarding our Participants and Partners (“you” or “your”) collected automatically or directly from interaction with our Services.

(i) Participant’s data:

Account information: registration number, email address, year of birth, comments, language, preferences, hashed password.
Contact information: full name, phone number, address, company name, VAT number.
Registration information: background, title, license, role, abstract, dietary/accessibility needs.
Photo image & recordings: personal photo and congress sound/video recordings.

(ii) Partner’s Data:

Contact information: name, title, company, email, phone number, photo.
Organisation information: company name, physical address, payment method.

(iii) Additional Data:

Usage info: IP addresses, geolocation, device data, activity logs, cookies.
Direct communications: chats, surveys, feedbacks, call transcripts.
Payment info: bank account numbers, credit card data, IBAN, SWIFT code.
