Registration Deadlines
Registration Opening
Public registration will open no later than 20 September 2026, with the website registration system going live by 15 September 2026.
Early Registration
Until 30 April 2027, inclusive, at 23:59 Tashkent time.
Late Registration
From 1 to 31 May 2027, inclusive.
Final Registration
From 1 June 2027. Online registration will close on 22 June at 23:59 Tashkent time. On-site registration will be available from 24 to 27 June 2027.
Authors of Accepted Abstracts
Notifications will be sent by 15 April 2027 at the latest. The early registration rate will be available until 30 April 2027.
Discounts and Special Rates
Uzbekistan
Members of the national association and other approved local categories are eligible for a 50% discount using a dedicated promotional code.
WPA Zone 10
Participants from Zone 10 are eligible for a 25% discount using a dedicated promotional code.
Status Verification
The discounted rate for students and early-career professionals is available upon submission of supporting documentation before the end of the relevant registration period.
Rate Application
The applicable registration fee is secured when both the completed registration form and full payment are received by 23:59 Tashkent time; otherwise, the rate for the next registration period will apply. Promotional codes provide the applicable discount based on the registration fee in effect at the time of payment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Deadlines and discounts
Online registration follows the same key dates and deadlines. Exclusive promo codes for Uzbekistan (50%) and WPA Zone 10 (25%) cannot be applied to the virtual pass.
Authors of Accepted Abstracts
Remote presentation is not permitted. Participation is only available via e-poster viewing. The author must register before the early bird deadline expires.
