- Impermissible duplication: a single study should not be artificially divided into multiple submissions; abstracts that substantially overlap may be rejected.
- Ethical approval: for studies involving human or animal subjects, compliance with applicable ethical standards, approval by the relevant ethics committee, and informed consent (where required) must be stated.
- Conflicts of interest: potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed for each author; funding sources must be disclosed, or their absence stated.

Oral Communication and e-Poster Presentation require the in-person attendance of the presenting author, unless otherwise stated in the acceptance notification.
e-Poster requirements: Authors of accepted e-posters will receive separate technical guidelines specifying the template, permitted file format, size, orientation, submission deadline and upload method.
Draft and Final Submission
- A draft may be saved and edited until the submission deadline. Drafts are not sent for scientific review.
- A submission is considered complete only once the "Final Submission" command has been selected and an abstract ID has been issued.
- Following final submission, the system will send a confirmation email to the corresponding author.
- Before the deadline, the author may reopen the submission, make changes, and re-confirm the final version. After the deadline, no substantive changes will be accepted.
- If no confirmation is received, the author should check the submission status in their personal account and contact the support service before the submission deadline.
Session timeout: The system may end the session after a period of inactivity. Authors are advised to save their drafts regularly.
